At a Muay Thai camp you will have the opportunity to train like a professional Muay Thai fighter. Muay Thai fighters train 6 days per week, twice per day. Training consists of a combination of cardio, conditioning, technique and padwork as well as sparring and strength training.

You can do this by attending Muay Thai classes regularly and supplementing with cardio and strength training outside of class. Be patient: Learning takes time and practice, so don't get discouraged if you don't see progress immediately. Keep working hard and you'll see improvement over time.
